ADRS™ — Auto Dealer Retirement Solutions — and its methodology are owned and operated in collaboration by Watchdog IP Holdings LLC and 401kWatchdog™ LLC. This page sets out the intellectual- property terms that apply to the platform and its reports. It is a plain-language summary, not legal advice.
Ownership
All formulas, methodology, rankings, derived analytics, and compilations presented by ADRS™ — including the cohort percentile pipeline, fee metrics, peer benchmarks, lead scoring, and drift monitoring — are the property of Watchdog IP Holdings LLC, in collaboration with 401kWatchdog™ LLC. These works are protected by applicable copyright, trade-secret, and contract law.
Trademarks
ADRS™, Watchdog™, 401kWatchdog™, and 401kOS™ are trademarks of their respective owners used in connection with the platform. All other marks referenced are the property of their respective owners. The marks may not be used without the prior written consent of the owners.
Data attribution
Underlying plan data — including plan assets, contributions, participant counts, administrative expenses, recordkeeper, and trustee information — is sourced from public U.S. Department of Labor Form 5500 filings. Watchdog IP Holdings LLC and 401kWatchdog™ LLC make no claim of ownership over the underlying source data, which remains the property of the respective plan sponsors and the U.S. Department of Labor. What ADRS™ owns is the methodology, formulas, and derived analytics applied to that public data.
Permitted use
Visitors may view and, where the platform offers it, download a report for the dealership they represent or for a single dealership unlocked through an access grant. Reports are provided for educational and organizational purposes only — not as legal, tax, or compliance advice and not as a determination of fiduciary breach.
Restrictions
All rights reserved. No part of the methodology, formulas, rankings, derived analytics, or compilations may be reproduced, republished, redistributed, resold, or incorporated into a derivative work, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of Watchdog IP Holdings LLC and 401kWatchdog™ LLC. Automated scraping, crawling, indexing, or bulk extraction of the platform’s content or data is prohibited.
No warranty
The platform is provided “as is.” Metrics depend on the timeliness and completeness of public filings; where data is insufficient, the platform reports a ranking as available rather than producing a synthetic value.
